Terms of Service

The rules for using OzRouter trials, monthly subscriptions, API keys, and developer-tool access.

Last updated: May 1, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of OzRouter, including the website, documentation, API key delivery, usage dashboard, subscription checkout, support, and related software services. By using OzRouter, starting a trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

If you use OzRouter for a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

2. What OzRouter Provides

OzRouter is a SaaS developer operations tool for coding-agent workflows. The service provides original software functionality including API key lifecycle management, usage budgeting, request routing, retry and failover behavior, setup documentation, subscription access control, and support.

Customers receive an OzRouter API key for using the OzRouter service. Customers do not receive third-party vendor accounts, shared credentials, software licenses, or resale rights to any third-party service.

3. Accounts, Email, and API Keys

  • You must provide a valid email address so we can deliver your API key, receipts, renewal notices, support responses, and service notices.
  • You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential and for activity that occurs through your key.
  • Do not sell, share, publish, or transfer your API key to another person or organization without our written approval.
  • We may rotate, suspend, revoke, or replace an API key if we believe it is compromised, abusive, unpaid, refunded, charged back, or used in violation of these terms.

4. Trials and Subscriptions

OzRouter may offer a limited trial. Trial availability is subject to capacity, abuse prevention, and one-key-per-email rules.

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. Each plan includes a defined monthly usage budget for the OzRouter service. A subscription does not create ownership of any underlying infrastructure, model provider account, or third-party account.

  • Subscription fees are charged by our payment processor at checkout and on renewal.
  • You are responsible for any taxes, bank fees, currency conversion fees, or payment provider charges that apply to your purchase.
  • If a renewal payment fails, access may be extended temporarily without increasing the usage budget, reduced, suspended, or cancelled.
  • Plan changes, cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks are handled under these terms and the Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use OzRouter only for lawful developer and coding-agent workflows. You must not:

  • Use OzRouter to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute malware, attack systems, scrape unlawfully, spam, harass, or abuse others.
  • Use OzRouter to bypass security controls, payment controls, usage limits, identity checks, rate limits, or third-party terms.
  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or broker OzRouter access or any third-party access obtained through OzRouter.
  • Reverse engineer, overload, probe, or interfere with OzRouter systems except as allowed by written authorization.
  • Submit highly sensitive data unless you have confirmed that your use case is appropriate for the service and the relevant third-party providers.

6. Third-Party Providers

OzRouter uses third-party infrastructure, email, payment, and model/API providers to operate the service. These providers are infrastructure inputs used by our backend to deliver OzRouter functionality.

OzRouter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI or any other model provider unless expressly stated in writing. Your use of OzRouter must also comply with any third-party terms that apply to your workflow.

7. Availability and Changes

We work to keep OzRouter available, but the service may be interrupted, degraded, or changed because of maintenance, security issues, payment issues, provider outages, network problems, capacity limits, or changes to third-party services.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when needed to protect the service, comply with law, manage provider changes, or improve the product.

8. Customer Data and Output

You are responsible for the prompts, requests, code, files, responses, and other content you submit through OzRouter. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content.

Outputs from AI systems can be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing and validating output before relying on it.

9. Intellectual Property

OzRouter, including the website, documentation, product design, software, branding, and service configuration, is owned by OzRouter or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of OzRouter intellectual property to you.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the service, subject to the rights needed for OzRouter and its providers to process that content and operate the service.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

OzRouter is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OzRouter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to OzRouter for the service during the one month before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using OzRouter at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay, initiate a chargeback, abuse the service, or create legal or security concerns.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, acceptable use, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, will survive.

12. Governing Law and Contact

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
