OzRouter is a SaaS developer operations tool. We use third-party infrastructure, payment, email, and model/API providers to operate the service, but we do not sell third-party accounts or credentials to customers.

2. Information We Collect

• Contact information, such as your email address and support messages.
• Subscription and payment metadata, such as plan, price, currency, subscription status, payment reference, renewal status, refund status, and chargeback status. Full card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by OzRouter.
• API key metadata, such as key prefix, encrypted or hashed key records, delivery status, expiration date, plan, usage budget, and account status.
• Usage and service metadata, such as request counts, token counts, cached token counts, cost-limit usage, timestamps, error states, rate-limit events, and logs needed to operate and secure the service.
• Technical data, such as IP address, browser details, device details, pages viewed, referring URLs, and approximate location inferred from network information.
• Request and response content may be processed transiently when needed to route your requests, operate the service, debug issues, prevent abuse, or provide support.

3. How We Use Information

• Deliver API keys, setup links, receipts, service notices, and support responses.
• Create, maintain, renew, cancel, resume, refund, or adjust subscriptions.
• Operate API routing, usage budgeting, retry behavior, rate limits, abuse prevention, and account security.
• Measure service reliability, troubleshoot issues, investigate failed payments or delivery issues, and improve the product.
• Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, prevent fraud, and respond to lawful requests.

4. Payment Information

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. OzRouter receives payment and subscription metadata needed to fulfill and manage the service, but we do not receive or store full payment card numbers.

Your payment processor may collect and process personal information under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. API Requests and Model Providers

When you use an OzRouter API key, requests and responses may be routed through third-party model/API providers and infrastructure providers as necessary to deliver the service.

Do not submit regulated, highly sensitive, confidential, or personal information unless you have confirmed that your use case, provider settings, and legal obligations allow it.

6. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate, secure, and support OzRouter:

• Payment processors for checkout, subscription management, refunds, chargebacks, and receipts.
• Email providers for API key delivery, setup links, notices, and support communication.
• Hosting, database, analytics, monitoring, queue, and infrastructure providers.
• Model/API providers and routing infrastructure required to process API requests.
• Professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when needed for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or business transfers.

OzRouter may use cookies, local storage, logs, and similar technologies to keep the website working, remember local UI state, manage checkout flow state, measure reliability, and protect against abuse.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and protect the service.

API key, subscription, refund, chargeback, and support records may be retained after cancellation where needed for accounting, security, dispute, and compliance purposes.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including restricted access, encryption or hashing where appropriate, rate limits, and operational monitoring.

No internet service is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your API key secret and notifying us if you believe it has been exposed.

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information where required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Some information must be retained for billing, security, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.
